All orders ship via UPS from Edison, New Jersey. Ground shipping is free to 50 United States, and expedited service is available at check-out. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

 

We offer free ground shipping on all orders. We also offer complimentary 2nd Day shipping on all orders over $300.

 

How fast is your U.S. shipping?

 

Most of our orders are shipped within 3 business days* of purchase from our distribution center in New Jersey, pending availability and credit verification. (Business days are considered to be Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.) Once your order is shipped, we estimate that you will receive your order within 3-7 business days of its ship date for Ground Shipping, or 5-10 business days if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska.

 

If you need your item(s) sooner and are in the United States, please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured that we will work to the best of our ability to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that expedited shipments such as Overnight or 2^nd day must be placed by 11 am PST / 2 pm EST to be shipped out the same day, otherwise, the package will be shipped on the next business day with the designated shipping speed.

We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.

Do you offer Next Day Shipping? 2^nd Day Shipping?

 

Yes! We offer Next Day and 2^nd Day Shipping. You can select Next Day Air for $28 at checkout; 2^nd Day is available for $18. The same rates apply for Hawaii and Alaska. Please refer to the chart below for delivery information. This shipping cost is non-refundable. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

 

No. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

 

To which countries do you ship?

 

Outside of the United States, we offer Priority Shipping and Expedited Shipping to Canada.

 

We ship via Canada Post for Priority Shipping and ship via Fedex for Expedited Shipping orders:

 

• Priority Shipping is a Flat rate of $13 for orders under $200 with the option to do Expedited Shipping for $28.
• Customers will be charged 5% for VAT/Customs only if orders are UNDER $200.
• Customers will not be charged for VAT for any orders OVER $200.
• Any orders over $300 will have free Expedited Shipping and no VAT charges.

 

Can I track my order?

 

You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our distribution center. Visit UPS.com to check the most up-to-date status of your order.

 

Are taxes included in my order total?

 

Taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase, and they are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Taxes are nonrefundable.
